Day 18

My goal for this week: eat less eggs, egg dishes and less fruits! 

Breakfast:
pancake= FAIL  :S & apple paleo pancakes

Snack:
banana
Lunch:
turkey + salad + brussels sprouts

Snack:
turkey + salad + brussels sprouts

Dinner:
chamomile tea--> too much food and fucking brussels sprouts gave me gases! My belly was sticking out!!
