Red paleo muffins:
red beet
3x egg
honey 1 spoon
ground walnuts
linseed
currants
cinnamon
2x banana
= 250 °C ~ 15min

Backed apples:
scoop out the core from apple
stuff each apple with:
ground walnuts
honey
cinnamon
apple
prunes
= 200°C ~ 20min

Lunch (day 6 = Cheat day)

chicken + rosemary & cucumber salad with vinegar & 2x red paleo muffin


Breakfast (day 6= cheat day)

chocolino + banana + choco flakes &
sandwich: poli + cheese &
yogurt &
1000mg omega 3
