Day 19

My goal for this week: eat less eggs, egg dishes and less fruits! 
My new goal: Drink water more often


Breakfast:
juice: orange 4x + grapefruit & 1000mg omega 3 & 4 carrots & chamomile tea




Snack:
carrots & 2x apple + cinnamon + honey + banana



Lunch:
pork steak & cauliflower + zucchini


Snack:
banana & 3x kiwi

Dinner:
banana & 2x carrot & nuts
