Day 17


My goal for this week: eat less eggs, egg dishes and less fruits! 


Breakfast:
turkey + banana + cinnamon + honey + ground walnuts


Snack:
1000mg omega 3

Lunch:
turkey + salad + eggplant + tomato + tuna


Snack:
4 oranges=juice & banana & apple & nuts
Dinner:
2 apples
