Paleo muffins:

banana 1x
linseed
egg 3x
coconut flour
cinnamon
prunes 3x
= 250 °C ~ 15 min

Energy balls with chili:
prunes
dried figs
cinnamon
peanut butter
coconut flour
linseed
chili
honey 1 spoon
=all mixed up
