pineapple & nuts & banana


Snack:
coca cola zero= FAIL & persuto


Lunch:
green salad + chicken + spinat + tuna


Snack:
pineapple

Dinner:
chocolino & curd + cream + cinnamon + sugar & cake ( curd + apples +...) & 1000mg OMEGA 3
