1000mg omega 3 & 2x kiwi + 2x apple & tomato + tuna + green salad


Snack:
Smoothie: beetroot + 2x apple + cinnamon + honey



Lunch:
pork steak + spinat


Snack:
Smoothie & 40g dark chocolate (87%)=FAIL


Dinner:
Green salad + chicken + green pepper
