My goal for this week: eat less eggs, egg dishes and less fruits!
I woke up with a really bad stomach ache. :S
Breakfast:
banana 2x
Snack:
banana & pistachios
Lunch:
salad + tuna + brussels sprouts
Snack:
kiwi & 1000mg omega 3 & banana
Dinner:
carrot 2x & nuts
