4 egg whites-->foam
4 youlks +
honey 5 spoons +
soda +
1 cup coconut oil +
1 cup carob flour +
1 cup coconut flour +
1/2 cup coconut milk +
5 apples +
rum +
raisins
= mixed up
= 200°C ~ 30 min
AND
chocolate syrup on cake (for cheat days ;D )
After dinner:
P-A-R-T-Y TIME ;D
